How can I start using your service? |

It is very simple to start using us as your Embroidery Digitizing/Vector Service provider.
Please click Order Form/Quote on our website, Fill it up with your requirements and Submit. We will then process your order or quote accordingly.
Please don't forget to fill up Credit Card Payment form with your Order Form. (For New Customers Only). |

What file formats can I send you? |

We convert Camera Ready Artwork from any Bitmen(Raster) Image, Photograph, Blurry design ,t-shirt, biz card, garment, rough scan images or jbrief instructions by fax and/or email.
The file formats that we can accept are:.jpg, .gif, .bmp, .tif, .ai, .eps. We prefer a .gif or .jpg because the files are smaller and upload/download faster over the Internet. Any vector artwork like Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, Freehand etc. needs to have text converted to curves or outlines, otherwise the fonts you send may not be the fonts we receive.

What file formats can you provide for me? |

We provide camera ready artwork (It is ready artwork for printing). Good artwork is very important to obtain quality printing. We customize artwork and convert it to reality. We design, vectorize, retouch and provide Camera Ready Artwork for off-set and/or screen-printing.
Customer usually like and ask Camera Ready Artwork of their logos and designs in EPS- Encapsulated Post Script formet files.
We provide following formets too , if desired.

What is your turnaround time? |

Our turnaround time is 24 to 72 hours. Usually it is much quicker than that. Please note that we are closed Sundays and some holidays. |

How are payments handled? Is it secure? |

Invoices are created twice a month. Billing happens around the 20th and 6th of every month via our secure servers and network. Our SSL site certificate is here and is issued by the Thwarte. You may use a credit card or ACH (Bank Draft) to pay for your digitizing services. |

Do you provide invoices detailing my jobs and
costs? |

We provide detailed invoices for all your jobs via the email. We list the name of the job, date and time submitted, number of stitches, and cost. Invoices are available via email for you to print out. Invoices. |

Do your prices include corrections? Revisions? |
A. |
Our prices do include corrections to jobs that we did not do as per the instructions or artwork provided. This assumes that instructions are clear and to the point and the artwork provided is clear and workable.
Revisions are deemed changes to instruction listed in the job comments or changes to the artwork,images or instructions provided after the job has been done. These changes are charged at $15 a piece or QUOTE will be emailed for aproval before editing. |

What if I don't like my job? |

We make every effort to make sure that you are satisfied with your order. We will do everything possible to ensure that your orders are done to the highest quality. Let us know if you're not happy, we will make it right.
